职位描述：

职位综述：负责汽车焊接项目管理工作（从项目团队组建，设计，制造，交付直至最后客户验收），主要涵盖海外地区整车厂客户，要求候选人至少拥有2年工作经验，拥有汽车整车厂行业背景优先考虑，除了英语外，会德语或法语者优先考虑。

Basic requirement:

1. 2 years+ working experience, 2 years+ projectmanagement experience

2. Bachelor of science, engineering study,mechanical background preferred; Master degree preferred; Reputed university preferred;

3. Project management experience proved bycertificate of Worldwide company or PMI;

4. Perfect English speaking, explicit oral/writtenexpression;

5. Strong leadership + decisive + analytical skill;

Job requirement: As a seniorproject manager, he(she) is expected to implement project over 10M USD sizeindependently: as following steps below:

1. Toform project team, coordinate with the internal engineers with operationdepartment, coordinate with the purchasing for external contractors forengineering support;

2. Toestablish project planning and maintain the planning dynamically; Responsibleto achieve internally and externally the execution of project planning;

3. Toestablish the budget plan with internal proposal team, SCM and controllingteam, dynamically adjust and control the budget and costs;

4. Totake responsibility of daily project management activity including designreview, resources review, purchasing requisition, following customer forcontract, response to technical questions, issues and payments;

5. Tobe in charge of change of scope, following company’s process on changemanagement;

6. Toestablish risk management, build mitigation plan;

7. Tobuild project team;

8. Tobuild and maintain customer relationship;

9. Tocoordinate internal supporting function, especially with purchasing departmentfor timing and costing control;

10. Tocoach other team members on analytical thinking, decision making process;
