协助QC主管管理微生物学实验室，确保仪器状态。
成品， 中间体，原材料，稳定性样品的接收和检测
工厂环境监测，水系统和空气系统的监测，并能在这些监测的过程中根据微生物的生长特点发现问题，提出建议
致病菌的鉴定
检测培养基和试剂的准备
保持实验室的整洁
严格遵循分析方法，药典，CGMP的要求，对检验结果趋势进行分析。
如有需要，协助完成实验室其他项目
负责 新方法的验证和分析方法转，OOS/OOE 调查偏差调查，编写报告及个人培训。

Assist QC Supervisor manage the microbiology laboratory and ensuring that the equipment is functional (calibrated and well maintained in compliance with the established schedules) and suitable for analytical testing.
Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, finished products, in-process samples and stability samples.
Be knowledgeable about the plant equipment and environment for optimum performance in equipment and environmental swabbing. Perform water and air sampling and testing
Perform pathogenic bacteria screening and identification of test isolates
Prepare media and reagents
Maintain good housekeeping of the laboratory at all times
Ensure Micro testing is carried out in compliance with the analytical test methods, Pharmacopoeia requirements and the cGMP, and analyse the trend of the analytical results.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Take responsible for new method validation / method transfer including preparing validation / transfer plan, OOS/OOE investigation, deviation investigation during executing and preparing the final report, personal training etc.
