?Proactive development of medical-marketing activities to meet brand objectives and customer needs align with brand strategies
?Monitor all medical-related activities as required to meet with SP3 requirement and local ethical standard.
?Liaison with external agencies to deliver medical initiatives for brand
?Accurate management of medical budgets for brand.
?Working closely and seamlessly with the BU-marketing team to implement Phase IV marketing trials in professional and ethical manner (developing protocol in comply with Sandoz SP3 requirement, working together with the BU-marketing team to select investigators and sites, identifying the CRO for implementation and monitoring, organizing trials kick-off meeting and preparing the post-trial reports for publications)
?Creates and establishes internal SOP for all medical-related promotional activities and materials
?Full accountability for medical audits
?Support BU to organize and conduct disease training to field force
