职位描述：
1、能熟练操作CNC加工中心，能独立完成编程；
2、负责新产品机加工（CNC、数控等）加工工艺、夹具方案的制定；
3、能独立完成CNC机加工的产品工序设计，刀具选择，程序编制；
4、新产品及新设备调试，提供样品及量产导入工作；
5、解决生产线加工过程出现的关题，不断优化提升产线良率；
6、新产品工艺文件制作，SOP制作，对操作员进行相关部训；
7、能够维修调试CNC加工设备，制定维修保养标准和计划；
8、对刀具精通，能独立完成刀具的选择，对刀、修刀等；
