职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责生产车间从原材料到产品的质量检验工作，并对质检结果负责；
2、对产成品要认真核查产品名称，质量和标识，准确填写质量单，不允许有漏检或错发事情发生；
3、做好常用质检、试验器具的使用，保管和维护工作，对计量器具要按规定做好检验和标识工作；
4、做好“检验报告”，“检验、试验设备台帐”， “合格证”及检验用“标识”的管理；
5、参与维护、监督质量体系的运行、组织和管理内部质量审核工作；
6、根据质量主管的检验计划完成当日工作任务；
7、按作业指导书及相应流程对待检备件进行检验、清理，检验前以及检验过程中认真核对物料编码、名称，填写检验记录，
并提交质量主管；
8、汇总、存档各项质检记录及相关资料；
9、及时上报质量问题。

任职资格：
1、中专及以上学历，2年以上五金工厂产品检验工作经验；
2、了解质量检验流程，能看懂图纸，使用相应的检验器具；
