Responsibilities:

1.Follow , maintain and seek to continuously improve the order to delivery ( OtD) process ;
2.Review customer purchase orders and negotiate commercial items ;
3.Work closely with overseas vendors to ensure right orders to be delivered at right time at right place ;
4.Place and maintain orders in ERP system ;
5.Handling shipping documentation and LC documentation ;
6.Coordinate with multi functional entities to facilitate customer requirements ;
7.Receive and keep record of customer complains and distribute to relevant persons ;
8.Keep good management of ordering files ;
9.General reporting required

Required Education and Experience:

1.Bachelor Degree , International Trade preferred
2.Above 3 years customer service experience , preferred in international business

Required Skills and Abilities:

1.Excellent English both in written and spoken
2.Solid knowledge in import& export business process
3.ERP system experience required ( JDE preferred )
4.Customer oriented with very high attention to details
5.Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6.Self motivated and self starter , good team player
