职位描述：
I see the person to live in the area between Shanghai and Hangzhou, but willing to go and stay in other places for
some periods when required. Example to stay some weeks in Linyi or other places all depending the issues we have
or new products, suppliers etc.

Personal;
？ Good temper, but with strong mindset in order to stand in discussions with suppliers
？ Honest and trustful
？ Able to work alone/independent
？ God attitude, polite
？ Accurate and precise working way

Basic requirements;
？ Technical background (if possible within steel, aluminum industry)
？ Experienced QA/QC knowledge
？ Experienced in making QC inspections
？ Experienced in reading and understanding of drawings, tolerances etc.
？ Knowledge about handling and understanding of test reports
？ Knowledge for different surface finishing processes, plating, powder coating etc.
？ Basic English skills in both oral and written
？ Used to work with QC/QA plans and help with implementation

Wishful skills;
？ Experience with auditing in accordance with Code of Conducts (IWAY etc.)
？ Social audit experience
？ Supplier evaluation
？ Knowledge/able to make construction/design in AutoCAD etc.
？ Excellent in English, both written and oral!
？ Note: Important that the person/candidate will be employed the correct way or have/get clear information about
？ coming changes! Not sure how to do this and secure this, but we shall from my point of view not stop this process
