Essential Duties & Responsibilities
主要职责：
? Research and develop new TBR rubber compound formulae, methods and/or processes that can improve the performance, cost and/or quality of our tires.
研究并开发新型卡客车胎橡胶配方，工艺流程等以促进改善轮胎性能，降低成本和提高质量
? Work with production plants to develop, specify and facilitate implementation of TBR rubber compounds to meet requirements of product performance, production, and most importantly the requirements of our customers.
与工厂合作开发、定义和协助配方工艺的实施，以满足工厂生产要求，尤其要达到客户需求
? Support on-going material applications activities by evaluating new materials in both the laboratory and production environments.
? 评估新型材料在实验室和工厂的适用性，以支持正在进行的材料应用项目
? Evaluate and approve new raw materials used on tire rubber compound formulae.
评估和批准应用于橡胶配方新的原材料
? Track the performance of existing suppliers and monitor the quality, consistency and process capability of the raw materials used in tire compound formulae.
跟踪现在合作的供应商业绩表现，监控使用于轮胎配方原材料质量，一致性和工艺流程
? Coordinate with external suppliers, universities and other outside entities in the identification, research and development of new materials for TBR tire applications.

? Participate, advise or lead as needed on product development, process improvement and problem solving teams that are by nature global and multi-disciplinary.

? Initiate, analyze and summarize laboratory development studies on TBR rubber compound formulae. Document investigations and plant trials in the form of detailed technical reports, presentations and management updates.
发起、分析和总结轮胎配方工艺的实验室研究课题。归档技术报告，演示资料和管理层更新等。

Required Education and/or Experience
任职所需教育背景和工作经验：
? College Diploma (2-3 year) or University Degree (4-year) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related – required
大专以上学历，主修化学，化工工程，材料科学及相关学科 – 必需
? No Previous Compound Experience Required
无相关配方经验亦可

Required Skills & Abilities
所需技能：
? Multi-lingual: English & Mandarin with sound skills in reading, writing & speaking English
语言技能：良好的中英文听说读写技巧
? Good communication and technical documentation skills.
良好的沟通和文件归档技巧
? Proficiency with standard PC applications including: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
熟练掌握计算机基本技能：Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Working Conditions

? Travel will be required, including overnight stays.
