职位描述
Position Purpose
The role of the Communications Lead supports the CFN China business in analysis, planning, and execution of internal communication and organizational change management strategies and programs that support business objectives and help foster two-way communication, enhance engagement, and build reputation and awareness among key stakeholders.
The role will be responsible for developing, measuring, and executing national internal communication plans for the CFN China business unit.
This role will work closely with serve as a communications advisor to the CFN China Senior Leadership Team. This role requires a person who exhibits strong prioritizing, organizational and ownership skills.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have demonstrated leadership, change management experience, and excellent written & verbal communication skills. In order to be successful in this role, candidates must be able to work in a virtual team oriented environment and manage multiple projects and priorities.
Responsibility/Duty:
1.Lead Change Management & Crisis Communications:(40%)
Lead communication workstreams to support national change management intiatives and crisis communication needs.
?Work with project teams to assess the change impact, map stakeholders, and lead communications work streams for major organizational change initiatives.
?Work with project teams & Cargill China Corporate Affairs communications team to lead crisis communication for the business as needed including product recalls, safety incidents and other crisis issues.
2.Lead Internal Employee Communications Approach:(40%)
Develop comprehensive internal communications strategies that drive business objectives and build employee engagement.
?Create and execute an internal communications strategy and communications plans to support projects and initiatives.
?Assess and optimize existing communication channels, develop new channels and leverage technology to facilitate information sharing.
?Provide writing, editing and implementation support and manage key internal communications channels.
?Develop approach to monitor implementation and measure progress against goals.
3.Serve as Communications Advisor on Special Projects:(20%)
Serve as communications advisor to CFN China senior leadership team. Understand the business and build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
?Provide communications advise and support for special business projects as determined by the CFN China Senior Leadership Team
Essential Functions/Requirements:
?Position may require travel up to 40%
Experience
?8-10 years experience in communications, preferably in a large, complex organization or PR agency
?Understanding of technology with social media and how to effective leverage social media for internal communication
?Experience leading complex organizational change initiatives.
?Experience in providing work direction to vendors
?Project Management
?Experience managing communication projects from start to finish
Skills
?Excellent written and oral communications skills – with ability to provide a clear and concise summary of information
?Strong critical thinking skills
?Ability to build relationships and interact comfortably with senior leaders
?Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated passion for business and delivering the very best products and services
?Strong team player with ability to make connections across a cross-functional, global team
?Excellent grammar with solid knowledge of AP style
