工作职责：
1、研究制定项目的营销策划方案，拟定广告计划并组织实施
2、参与项目前期策划，协助进行销售价格和销售模式的确定
3、执行既定的营销策划方案。
4、组织召开专题会议（市场分析、广告效果评议、广告创作研讨等）。
5、审定项目的策划方案、设计作品，重大专案策划和设计并报集团审批。
6、开展媒体公关，进行产品及企业形象宣传。
7、指导、组织人员收集、整理部门各类资料档案，建立、健全信息资料库
8、进行项目销售网站的建设、维护、推广。
9、提出合理的营销推广费用预算及进行实施。



岗位要求（学历，知识，技能，相关工作经验等）:

1. 本科及以上学历，以理工科专业背景优先
2.熟悉房地产政策形势，有大型地产公司或者顾问咨询市场5年以上工作经验，对三四线城市的地产较了解
3.较强的逻辑思维能力，良好的市场敏感度，优秀的文案编撰能力
