职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 负责工程项目的所有图纸的接收、清点、登记、发放、归档、管理工作；
2. 收集整理施工过程中所有技术变更、洽商记录、会议纪要等资料并归档；
3、负责汇总、整理工程部人员的周、月度、季度、年度工作计划，并进行计划的执行追踪、考评和结果汇总；
4. 负责工程项目的所有图纸的接收、清点、登记、发放、归档、管理工作；
5. 收集整理施工过程中所有技术变更、洽商记录、会议纪要等资料并归档；
6. 负责备案资料的填写、会签、整理、报送、归档；
7. 监督检查承建单位施工资料的编制、管理，做到完整、及时，与工程进度同步；
8. 协助工程部经理做好对外协调、接待工作；
9. 负责工程部的后勤保障工作；
10.负责汇总、整理工程部人员的周、月度、季度、年度工作计划，并进行计划的执行追踪、考评和结果汇总；
11.组织工程部各业务标准化研究；
12.完成上级指派的其它工作任务。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，工程管理相关专业优先考虑；
2、具备房地产公司档案资料管理经验；
3、有建筑工程档案资料管理经验；
4、具备优秀的沟通、整合、规划和执行能力，良好的逻辑思维能力及文字表达能力，敬业、务实并有良好的适应性和压力管理能力；
5、电脑操作熟练，熟练使用办公软件。
