Job Description:
? Design and Setting up Production Plant in Linyi for Diesel Engines
? Project support for planning of new production, communication with German project team and Chinese Architects, coordination of activities
? Comparison of technical requirements China / German and adjustment of German production equipment to Chinese requirements (especially security, maintenance, energy supply, environmental etc.)
? Definition and realization of modification / maintenance of technical equipment while transfer
? Preventative maintenance / preparation of maintenance plans / announcement of maintenance contracts
? Transfer of equipment from Germany to China, selection of suppliers and coordination of activities
? Support of ramp up production in China, utilization of equipment, elimination of problems and failures, training of staff
? Optimization projects for increase of productivity
? Opportunity to develop to head of maintenance
Job Specifications:
? Degree in Engineering or Mechanical-Engineering, working experience of at least 3 years
? Experience as head of maintenance, preferable in western company or automotive industry
? Experience in applying of similar equipment, transfer of equipment to China and Ramp up of production equipment, project management experience
? English language necessary, German preferable
? MS Office / SAP R3
? Communicative, good capacity to negotiate, assertiveness, capacity for teamwork and to work under pressure
? Business-fluent in both written & oral English, optional German language skills
? Working experience of at least 3 years

DEC Co., Ltd Brief Introduction

According to a contract signed in May 2013 DEUTZ AG and AB Volvo intend to establish a joint venture company in Linyi, Shandong Province, China, for the manufacturing of diesel engines for industrial applications, mainly for construction and agricultural equipment. The purpose of the joint venture, in which DEUTZ will hold a majority share of 65%, is to reduce the cost of diesel engines for industrial applications and to produce those engines to meet Volvo’s and DEUTZ’ demand for existing and future customers in China and overseas. The establishment of the joint venture is scheduled for late summer/fall 2013 and the start of production for mid-2015. In full swing it will reach a capacity of approx. 80.000 engines and need approx. 350 operators and technicians.

沃尔沃集团（AB Volvo）与道依茨股份公司（DEUTZ AG）于2013年5月签署协议，此协议决定在山东临沂市成立一家合资企业（DEC)，生产工业用柴油发动机，主要用于工程机械和农用机械。道依茨股份公司持有该合资公司65%股份，成立该合资公司主要是为了降低柴油发动机在工业应用领域的成本，以供应沃尔沃集团和道依茨公司在中国和海外的现有和潜在客户。合资公司将于2013年夏末时间成立，于2015年中期正式生产。届时将会达到80，000台发动机的产量和拥有350名一线员工和技术人员。
