Job Summary:

Supplier quality control for mass productions and initial samples of new productions；
Part audit in supplier work shop termly and quick containment for serial problems;

Key/Primary Responsibilities:

Assist receiving inspection
Control supplier mass production quality performance like PPM;
Responsible for close supplier quality problems like line stop and NCR issue; and follow up corrective action for non conforming parts
Responsible for new parts or ECN initial samples inspection and approval;
Plan and implement supplier Part audit yearly;
Feed back the problems to related areas and analyze the defects that finding in parts audit, follow up the corrective action
Support to resolve the problems from market;
Support to do field test for localization;
SQC team KPI analysis & improvement follow-up
SQC team members management & development
Comply with arrangement from Quality Director.

Candidate Profile

Experience in quality or supplier quality assurance (3+ years of experience)
Familiar with quality tools and quality management like FMEA, SPC, MSA etc.
Familiar with supplier quality control system like PQAP /APQP, Part Audit;
Familiar with hydraulic production and U/C parts;
Familiar utilization for inspection tools;
Problem Analysis and communication skill;
Skill in cross-functional collaboration. Team-work;
Good operation of MS-office software;
Bachelor degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
Chinese mandarin,
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
