岗位职责：

Job Description

1.接收公司内及公司外传递到仓库内的各种单据，并负责单据的整理、保存。

Receive all kinds of the documents which are delivered from internal and external company to the warehouse. Responsible for the collection and management of the documents.

2.负责仓库SAP系统数据收货、发料、入库、出库、转库和料箱转移等操作。

Be responsible for the operation in SAP system such as receiving, shipping, storage, transfering of the materials.

3.标签打印与管理，包含收货、发料、流转、转库、出库等标签。

Label printing and management, including the lebels for receiving, issuing, transferring and storage, etc.

4.及时核对实际收发与系统收发的差异，保证SAP系统的数据的准确性。

Timely check the difference between actual receiving and the system receiving, and ensure the data accuracy in SAP system.

5.协助完成周期盘点工作。

Assist to complete the cycle count work

6.领导交办的其他事宜

Other work required by the leaders.

技能要求：

Required Skills

1.熟悉SAP原理，有相关操作经验。

Familiar with SAP principle, have relevant operation experience

2.工作认真仔细，有较强的条理性。

Work carefully, have a strong sense of logic

3.大专以上学历，英语能读懂邮件，进行基本的交流，懂德语者优先。

College degree or above, good at reading the emails in English, and be able to use English to conduct basic communication.

DEC Co., Ltd Brief Introduction

According to a contract signed in May 2013 DEUTZ AG and AB Volvo intend to establish a joint venture company in Linyi, Shandong Province, China, for the manufacturing of diesel engines for industrial applications, mainly for construction and agricultural equipment. The purpose of the joint venture, in which DEUTZ will hold a majority share of 65%, is to reduce the cost of diesel engines for industrial applications and to produce those engines to meet Volvo’s and DEUTZ’ demand for existing and future customers in China and overseas. The establishment of the joint venture is scheduled for late summer/fall 2013 and the start of production for mid-2015. In full swing it will reach a capacity of approx. 80.000 engines and need approx. 350 operators and technicians.

沃尔沃集团（AB Volvo）与道依茨股份公司（DEUTZ AG）于2013年5月签署协议，此协议决定在山东临沂市成立一家合资企业（DEC)，生产工业用柴油发动机，主要用于工程机械和农用机械。道依茨股份公司持有该合资公司65%股份，成立该合资公司主要是为了降低柴油发动机在工业应用领域的成本，以供应沃尔沃集团和道依茨公司在中国和海外的现有和潜在客户。合资公司将于2013年夏末时间成立，于2015年中期正式生产。届时将会达到80，000台发动机的产量和拥有350名一线员工和技术人员。
