岗位职责

Job Description

1.按培训要求对进货物料进行检验。

Inspect incoming materials according to the training requirements.

2.按照检验规范及规定的抽样方案执行抽样检验工作。

According to the inspection specifications and regulations to inspect the sampling.

3.按照检验流程执行检验工作，对合格品和不合格品做好标识和隔离工作，对检验不合格的物料出具相关检验报告。

According to the inspection procedure to do the inspection, to make the identification and isolation for the qualified and unqualified products, and to issue the relevant inspection report for the unqualified materials.

4.检验结束立即通知仓库收货人员，以便后续入库工作。

After the inspection immediately notify the warehouse personnel, so that they can do the following storage work.

5.对每次检验结果做好真实、详细的记录。

Make a true and detailed record for each inspection results.

6.对检验过程中发现的不合格现象及时反馈给部门领导。

About the unqualified materials timely give feedback to the leader of the department.

7.对每月的检验结果做好归档整理工作，并能定期提供进货质量状况报告。

Do the filing work of the monthly inspection results, and provide regularly the status report about the incoming quality.

8.领导交办的其他事宜

Other work required by the leaders.

技能要求

Required Skills

1.能熟练使用各种检验工具

Skillful at all kinds of the inspection tools

2.了解机械装配工艺，熟悉机械配件、能看懂图纸，并按质量控制流程做好检验工作。

Understand the mechanical assembly process, familiar with mechanical parts, can read drawings, and according to the quality control process to do the inspection work.

3.了解抽样检验方案，能制定科学合理的抽样检验方案。

Understand and make the scientific and reasonable sampling inspection plan.

4.大专以上学历，英语：能读懂邮件，能进行基本交流。

College degree or above, Good at reading the emails in English, and be able to use English to conduct basic communication

DEC Co., Ltd Brief Introduction

According to a contract signed in May 2013 DEUTZ AG and AB Volvo intend to establish a joint venture company in Linyi, Shandong Province, China, for the manufacturing of diesel engines for industrial applications, mainly for construction and agricultural equipment. The purpose of the joint venture, in which DEUTZ will hold a majority share of 65%, is to reduce the cost of diesel engines for industrial applications and to produce those engines to meet Volvo’s and DEUTZ’ demand for existing and future customers in China and overseas. The establishment of the joint venture is scheduled for late summer/fall 2013 and the start of production for mid-2015. In full swing it will reach a capacity of approx. 80.000 engines and need approx. 350 operators and technicians.

沃尔沃集团（AB Volvo）与道依茨股份公司（DEUTZ AG）于2013年5月签署协议，此协议决定在山东临沂市成立一家合资企业（DEC)，生产工业用柴油发动机，主要用于工程机械和农用机械。道依茨股份公司持有该合资公司65%股份，成立该合资公司主要是为了降低柴油发动机在工业应用领域的成本，以供应沃尔沃集团和道依茨公司在中国和海外的现有和潜在客户。合资公司将于2013年夏末时间成立，于2015年中期正式生产。届时将会达到80，000台发动机的产量和拥有350名一线员工和技术人员。
