A successful International Food Company based in Qingdao and Huangdao with sister companies in the UK, USA and France. Due to continued expansion and progress within the company we are now seeking a high quality person for the following position:

Technical Auditor

技术审核员

The Position:

- Conduct structured, thorough and systematic audits of the company’s raw materials and products.

- Provide expert Quality advice to company’s suppliers, processors and service providers as required.

- Ensure all materials and services to meet the quality, food safety and traceability objectives of the Company.

- To make a risk evaluation and provide support for new product with relative department

- To implement the environment pathogen monitor plan and analysis the risk.

- Report all non-compliances in a timely manner to Company management and ensure all corrective actions are implemented as required.

- Train and advise suppliers, processors and service providers on their quality obligations to the Company.

- To organize and arrange the company certification maintence

- To provide appropriate technical documents which include flow chart, purchasing, sales and statements as customers’ requirements

- To collect and report the regulations/rules of destination nation for products.

- To fill in the questionnaire to customers’ requirement.

The Person shall have:

- Bachelor degree in Food Science and Engineering, Foods Quality and Safety, Biological Engineering or other related subjects.

- Strong understanding of HACCP/ISO and other National/International standards on QMS.

- Strong understanding of auditing: system audits and product audits.

- 3 years above of auditing /material and process control experiences in a fruit manufacture enterprise, previous foreign Company background is preferred.

- Familiar with domestics and national rules and regulations of foods industry.

- Demonstrate initiative, deligence, self-discipline, diligent and ability to work independently under pressure.

- Excellent communication coordination and interpersonal skills.

- At least CET-4 English level, with good writing ability.
