工厂采购

1. Purchase Order 采购订单

Issued Purchase Order for an equivalent of 100k ? or Scheduling Agreements up and till 250k ? acc. to Central Purchasing Procedures. Tracking of costs and timing in close cooperation with internal and external partners.

对价值为10万欧元或者根据总部采购程序按照计划协调的价值为25万欧元的东西下达采购订单。与内部和外部的伙伴紧密合作并追踪费用和时间。

2. Benchmarking 标杆管理

Supports in benchmarks and design competition activities in close alignment with R&D, Controlling and Quality. Supports Purchasing Manager in defining bidder list. Issues RfQ, manages cost comparison and supports DEUTZ Sourcing Board

提供标杆管理的支持并与技术部门、财务控制和质保部门紧密合作，共同选择供应商。对采购经理提供支持以便确定投标人名单。RfQ管理，费用对比，对道依茨采购委员会提供支持。

3. Global Sourcing 全球采购

Executes the communicated supply strategy for DEC in line with central purchasing requirement. Supports in identifying potential Chinese supplier. Execute supplier evaluation process with SQA, support in finding process for new benchmarking projects and/or localization projects for DEC till Sourcing Board. Acts as the local experts for assigned group of supplier/parts for Chinese supplier to other than DEC plant.

根据总部采购要求实施DEC的供应策略。协助识别潜在的中国供应商。依据SQA执行供应商评估过程，支持新标杆项目的寻找过程和/或DEC的国产化项目至采购委员会。

4. Cost Analysis incl. Make-or-Buy

成本分析包括制造或采购

Join cost improvement workshops at supplier for DEC plant. Execute / improve Purchasing cost analysis templates especially for Chinese Markets/Supply Base together with Controlling incl. MoB-Comparisions. Supports in creating cost target together with project purchasing. Performs Quote comparisons till recommendation in Sourcing Board.

与供应商一起参与DEC工厂的成本改进协调会，与控制部门一起执行与改进中国市场、供应基础的采购成本分析优化。与项目采购一起达成采购目标价格，对比报价并推荐给采购委员会

5. Supply and Contract Management

采购与合同管理

Tracks performance of responsible DES Supply base in line with logistic / quality targets.

Adapt counter measurements from supplier in case of deviation. Ensures that various contracts with supply base are in place and that they are kept up-to date.

依据物流、质保的目标考察DES的供应商体系。如供应商有偏差时需要适应的对策。保证与供应商各种各样的合同正确存放并保持更新。

6. Negotiation 谈判

Supports during various supplier negotiations, aiming for an improved cost position at DEC.

能够与不同的供应商谈判，并以节省DEC的开支为目标。

7. Project Management 项目管理

Makes sure that assigned purchasing projects are kept in line ref. timing, pricing and quality expectation. Support in forecasting budgets for tooling, milestones and final result. Reports progress towards Purchasing Manager and recommend proactively any support needed.

保证指定的采购项目符合预期的时间，价格和质量目标。对工具的初步预算，里程碑时间和最终结果提供支持。向采购经理汇报项目进展，主动积极的推荐任何所需的帮助。

8. Supplier Risk Management 供应商风险管理

Runs supplier risk management and agreed potential actions to put in place with Purchasing Manger that improves supplier performance where required. Execute counter measurements and is responsible for the execution and its results.

进行供应商风险管理，当需要提高供应商绩效时能够与采购经理一起就潜在的行动达成一致。执行相应的对策并对实施过程和结果负责。

DEC Co., Ltd Brief Introduction

According to a contract signed in May 2013 DEUTZ AG and AB Volvo intend to establish a joint venture company in Linyi, Shandong Province, China, for the manufacturing of diesel engines for industrial applications, mainly for construction and agricultural equipment. The purpose of the joint venture, in which DEUTZ will hold a majority share of 65%, is to reduce the cost of diesel engines for industrial applications and to produce those engines to meet Volvo’s and DEUTZ’ demand for existing and future customers in China and overseas. The establishment of the joint venture is scheduled for late summer/fall 2013 and the start of production for mid-2015. In full swing it will reach a capacity of approx. 80.000 engines and need approx. 350 operators and technicians.

DEC 公司简介

沃尔沃集团（AB Volvo）与道依茨股份公司（DEUTZ AG）于2013年5月签署协议，此协议决定在山东临沂市成立一家合资企业（DEC)，生产工业用柴油发动机，主要用于工程机械和农用机械。道依茨股份公司持有该合资公司65%股份，成立该合资公司主要是为了降低柴油发动机在工业应用领域的成本，以供应沃尔沃集团和道依茨公司在中国和海外的现有和潜在客户。合资公司将于2013年夏末时间成立，于2015年中期正式生产。届时将会达到80，000台发动机的产量和拥有350名一线员工和技术人员。
