Key/Primary Responsibilities:

？ Assist receiving inspection
？ Control supplier mass production quality performance like PPM, QPM;
？ Responsible for close supplier quality problems like line stop and NCR issue; and follow up corrective actions for non conforming parts
？ Responsible for new parts or ECN initial samples inspection and approval;
？ Plan and implement supplier part audit yearly;
？ Feed back the problems to related areas and analyze the defects that finding in parts audit, follow up the corrective actions;
？ Support to resolve the problems from field, plant;
？ Support to do field test for localization;
？ Comply with arrangement from quality supervisor.

Candidate Profile

Professional Experience
？ Experience in quality or supplier quality assurance (Minimum 3 years of experience).
？ Experience in machinery and gear manufacture field (Minimum 5 years of experience).
？ Totally work experience 8 years or plus
？ Familiar with quality tools and quality management like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA etc.

Personal Qualifications
？ Knowledge
Familiar with supplier quality control system like PQAP, Part Audit;
Familiar with utilization for inspection tools;
？ Skills
Problem solving and communication skill;
Skill in cross-functional collaboration, Team-work;
Good operation of office software;
？ Possess core competencies of Volvo

Education
Bachelor degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering;

Languages
Chinese mandarin,
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
