Key/Primary Responsibilities:


Monitor and analyze the trend of field quality KPI's performance against target;
Manage the analysis of claim data and QFA release, follow up for prioritized quality issues by cooperating with technology and other quality members;
Data collection to support claim recovery from interested suppliers;
Support field endurance testing of new component and jobsite survey to support related cross-function teams for the localization or/and quality improvement;
Technically support CST to check the machines with crucial problems or damaged by accident.
Data maintenance of CHASE for QFA release and action update, ECN implementation, production cut-in for the improved parts and components;
Coordinate parts return and perform preliminary inspection on returned parts;
Software tools (Prosis NG, Tech-tool, BEAT, Failure Analysis) helpdesk;
Answer PDI call on Techline for short operating hours failures;
Technical writer and technical literature (SB, PSI) distributor;
Prepare and Organize monthly PQC meeting;
Attend teleconference of monthly PMT meeting organized by R&D;
Host the weekly field feedback meeting;
Others tasks assigned by QA supervisor;
Candidate Profile


Minimum 3 years product quality work experience within manufacturing plant or equivalent within a focus on technical support (excavator industry preferred) in the field of construction equipment, mining machinery and auto maker;
Experience with data collection and statistical analysis;
Six Sigma quality engineering methodologies is a plus;
Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts, manufacturing, product, production system and quality tools;
Proficient skills required in the following areas: problem solving and analysis, interpersonal, oral and written communications;
Good knowledge and operation of office software, proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word and Visio;
Bachelor degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering;
Chinese (Mandarin) as native language;
English as working language in both written and oral;
