Job Summary:
The main responsibilities are to take charge of workshop level layout maintenance and improvement including production process, MH process. He/she can get self-fulfillment & make a great contribution to company management through optimization of manufacturing line & production system.

Key/Primary Responsibilities:

Layout maintenance and improvement
a) Implement "Lean" concept in plant level layout design, including MH stocking, parts feeding, and assembly line area part stock
b) Layout design according to new product requirement
c) Do layout improvement activity to meet production increasing target
d) Coacher to other engineers and MH and assembly workers in IE field according to VPS requirement

Process maintenance and improvement
a) Process design and improvement
b) Time observation
c) LOB analysis
d) Coacher to other engineers and MH and assembly workers in IE field according to VPS requirement

Support Investment implement
Support new product launch
Quality improvement : give support on quality trouble resolve
Development and maintenance of production system
Other work assigned by ME Manager

Candidate Profile

Professional Experience
at least 3 years' working experience in industry engineering
Experience in heavy industry is preferred

Personal Qualifications
Knowledge
Overall knowledge for industry engineering (process design and optimize, quality improvement)

Skills
Available for 3-D, 2-D CAD knowledge
Familiar with tools of KAIZEN, 5W2H etc. to improvement
Excellent problem solving ability in the process of production activities
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Good character & high competence
Developed analytic ability and trouble shooter
Good communication skills
Good computer skills (Ms-office)


Education
university or above, major in engineering related as industry engineering, mechanical etc..

Languages
Chinese (Mandarin), mother tongue.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
