I. Main tasks
The temporary job position is proposed to cover two main tasks as below:

？ Retail financing data collection and analysis
? Sales performance with co-relationship with current retail financing programs on wiping off the current policy limits
? Communicate with dealer sales and credit persons to collect retail financing data and make analysis on lost sales report
? Summarize the market response of dealers on comments of competitors’ retail financing policies and analysis on the possibility of launch of the new program

？ Dealer financial special projects
? Conduct the analysis project focusing on dealers’ market share with advance and instalment payment and sales performance
? Set up the testing model of the minimal working capital which should be involved based on the target business plan by dealer
? Establish the interrelationship with cured payment and overdue rate by dealer

II. Individually tasks

Retail financing and data analysis project.

? Data collection of retail financing channel data and analyse the current status
? Educate the responsible dealer side staff to maintain the data source of lost-sale report
? Make analysis on lost-sale report
? Sales forecast with market share and channel utilization rate
? Analysis on the possibility of application for a new channel

Dealer market share project on advance payment

? Collect advance payment data, e.g. down payment & instalment
? Prepare market share analysis report combined with the advance payment data
? Cash flow performance forecast on the collect of the advance

Overdue advance analysis on the off-BS liabilities

? Overdue rate review of the dealer
? Overdue advance pressure analysis on dealer’s working capital

Cash flow forecast on inventory analysis

? Inventory aging analysis with GPS report
? Cash flow forecast based on inventory by dealer

Dealer capital adequacy analysis

? Dealer capital pressure test
? Liquidity rick analysis

Hired service from authorized outsourcing company for 3-month period
