Job Summary:

CI engineer's main responsibility is to improve product and process quality. He/she is expected to provide strong leadership and vision in implementing the company's best practice and process-based business philosophies.


Key/Primary Responsibilities:
Ø Directly supports all operating departments within Shanghai plant
Ø Key contact and coordinator between VCE Shanghai plant and Shanghai plant.
Ø Leader in identifying and educating the organization in trends and best practices in the areas of quality, process management.
Ø To develop and implement TQM-related education and training programs.
Ø
Ø Responsible for 5S and Visual board management implementation within Shanghai plant
Ø To gather/ report/ Analyze & improve COPQ, provide concerned training.
Ø To gather employee suggestion, calculate cost saving, follow up improvement progress, feed back to employee.
Ø Responsible for VCE China operation culture implantation within Shanghai plant.
Ø Manages internal standard manuals and documentation.
Ø Responsible for recommending and coordinating quality assessment activities and award applications (such as national and international quality awards, environmentally friendly company, i.e).
Ø Support other activities, such as QI, OD, QEHS, VPS, 6 Sigma, i.e.


Candidate Profile

Professional Experience
More than 3 years experience in construction equipment industry or automobile related fields.
Personal Qualifications
Knowledge
- Knowledge of process management, quality improvement and ISO development
- 5S related knowledge and operational criteria
- Knowledge of MS office

Skills
- Good at team coordination
- Good knowledge and utilization of Quality tools
- ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 audit experience is preferred.
- Strong motivation, leadership and integrity
- Broad-minded, quick learner, proactive.

Possess core competencies of Volvo
- Committed, self-motivated,


Education
- Junior college or above, major in mechanism or related fields

Languages
- Fluent in written & oral English
