Job Summary:

Conduct daily HR management and service work; coordinate various projects in performance, recruitment, attendance, employee communication and other employee service.

Key/Primary Responsibilities:

l Handle recruitment activities.

n Make recruitment schedule

n Search proper recruiting channels, choose and evaluate vendors

n Interview candidates

n Follow up new employees onboard preparation work

l Provide Communication support.

l Attendance check management.

l Prepare HR reports.

l Execute employee services, answer inquiries from employees or help to solve problems.

l Understand Chinese and shanghai labor laws and regulations and apply to daily HR services.

l Help in organizing HR related activities, communication meeting, big activity, etc.

l Help in other HR activities

Candidate Profile

Professional Experience

· Min 3 years relevant experience in multinational company with knowledge in recruitment, performance management.

· Familiar with Chinese labor policies and practices.

· Good interpersonal, analysis and problem solving skills.

· Good PC skills.

Education

l Undergraduate degree, English band 8 preferred. Major in business administration, human resources management, psychology will be a plus.

Languages

l Chinese (Mandarin), mother tongue.

l Fluency in English, both written and verbal;

l Translation between English and Chinese fluently.
