职位描述：
Position: Finance Manager
Job Mission:
Oversee and direct all accounting, controlling and finance activities, including working capital, and report timely and accurately to the CE Finance Department according to corporate function and legal guidelines in order to provide adequate information for decision making.

 Adhere to the reporting format defined by Corporate for CE subsidiaries
 Prepare subsidiary budget: structured and evaluated according to guidelines set by the Corporate Function
Monthly Controlling
 Adhere to Corporate guidelines for monthly reporting and objectives
 Prepare subsidiary monthly report (SMR), explain deviations from budget and propose corrective measures
 Trade Working Capital: monitor compliance
 Investments: monitor cash flows and analyze ROIs
 Credit Control: Identify and control subsidiary financial risks
 Adequate analysis of the profitability of the business, main customers, etc.
 Treasury: inform of the needs and priorities for the region
Accounting:
Executes billing and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Establishes the accounting principles and ensures accounting complies with legislation.
Provide direction to region staff in conjunction with annual audit or other due diligence.
Decision Support
 Act as a trusted advisor to the China General Manager and provide analysis and strategic thinking
 Identify the most relevant issues requiring the attention of the China General Manager
Organization/Human Resources
? Organize and supervise the finance activities of the region
? Propose the objectives, structure and functional for the region
? Participate in goal setting, evaluation, compensation, promotion and development of the functional organization assigned to the region
? Ensure Group policies/procedures are known and followed

Qualifications / Specialty: University Degree Business Administration / Economics
Age and other desired personal characteristics: 35/45
Specific training (1): Master′s degree desirable
Experience (1): 12-15 years
(Indicate areas and approximated time) At least five years as Finance Manager in a Multinational
Languages (level) (1):
English (C1 or higher)
French (C1 or higher)
IT skills (1): Oracle
