The Volvo Group International Graduate Programme (VGIGP) aims to attract the best talents who have potential to develop and become one of our future leaders. ? Permanent employment contract
? Three weeks of common training activities in Brazil, China and Sweden
? On the job training
? Short-term assignment abroad, app. 3 months
? Project assignment sponsored by Volvo Corporate Strategy
? After the programme the graduate will continue working at the home department

Volvo Construction Equipment (China) Co. Ltd. is looking for master degree graduate for Volvo Group International Graduate Programme (VGIGP). Information about the work tasks/responsibilities:
? Assistant technical support manager to manage the service process.
? Meeting memo follow up and feedback;
? Taking incoming calls and enquires to the service department and escalate to appropriate personnel as per departmental processes
? Maintain and prepare KPI report at timely manner
? Follow up and update CSS report and hotline reports
? Receive, sort and distribute all correspondence and service information for the department
? Monthly ECU invoice and VCADS rental fee follow up and process
? Maintains department files and ensures material is properly filed and all filing systems are current and established in the proper methods
? Documents translation
? Timely purchase and preparation of giveaways, working uniform, stock maintenance and overtime record keeping
? Participant in dealers and customers visit to build and develop technical understanding and customer relations.
? Assist and coordinate preparation of department and dealer meetings, seminars or trainings and arrange hotel bookings
? Perform the assigned work by the company and coordinate with other employees if necessary.

Education and possible specialisation:
1st choice: Mechanic Engineering master degree
2nd choice: Electronic Engineering master degree
3rd choice: Marketing / Business Study master degree
