职位描述：
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PROJECT ENGINEER 项目工程师主要职责

Contract/Scope

-Control contract items, especially scope of delivery, project specifications, executing procedures, documentation requirements, quality demand, delivery time, etc.;
-Conduct project meetings (Kick-Off, internal, pre-inspection, etc.), with agenda, minutes and follow-up actions;
-Negotiating or clarify the change of contract with customer;

Documentation

-Managing contract document;
-Project Progress Report, including Project Executing Planning, Fabrication Planning, etc.
-Internal and external correspondence management;
-Quality inspection planning management;

Engineering

-Check and confirm if engineering design planning can meet project requirement;
-Check the possible technologies to fit new equipment into the existing equipment
-Check the mass balance and flows
-Check with the process people to choose suitable equipment for the process change
-Check the alternatives possibility, make PID and set up specification for new equipment
-Submit drawings to customer as per the required schedule and requirement;
-If any delay, coordinate with designer to solve it to meet the related delivery requirement.
-Improve the automotive level of current equipment

Coordination

-Check and confirm if material requisition has been submitted to procurement;
-Check and confirm if main raw material or special material/hardware schedule can meet project requirement;
-Confirm with buyer on material available on time for projects;
-Check and confirm arrival time of raw material;
-If any delay, coordinate with buyer to solve it to meet project delivery requirement.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

Related work experience相关工作经验
-More than 3 years work experience in Project Management;
-More than 3 years work experience in Chemical, Pharmaceutical or Food Industry;
-More than 3 years work experience in International Environment preferred;

Formal education or equivalent教育背景

-Technical background Bachelor required,
-A Degree in Mechanical Bachelor or Chemical Engineering preferred

Skills技能

-Fluent both in writing and talking in English
-Good computer application, such as word, excel, powerpoint, etc. (Autocad preferred)
-Good communication
