5. 协助工程部完成固定资产的申请流程工作；

Help engineering dept for finishing CER application;

6. 项目物资采购的比价，议价谈判工作；

Price comparison, negotiation of project material purchasing;

7. 及时跟踪掌握大化学品市场价格行情变化及品质情况，以提升产品品质及降低采购成本；

Follow up big chemical market price variation and quality condition in order to improve product quality and reduce purchase cost;

8. 部门员工的管理培训工作；

Purchasers’ management and training;

9. 供应商以及其他部门的沟通协调等；

Communication and corporation with supplier and other departments;

10. 现有供应商的价格，产能，品质，交期的审核工作，以确定供应商稳定供货能力；

To audit the prices, production capability, quality and delivery of current suppliers in order to guarantee a stable supply capability of the suppliers.
