职位描述：
1． 化验员应自觉遵守公司的规章制度，坚守岗位，按时准确检查好日常工作，保证检验工作的公正与严肃。
    Laboratory technicians should obey the rules of our company, stick to their own post and check daily work on time and ensure the injustice and seriousness of the inspection work.
2． 化验人员在工作中必须严格依照现行的质量标准进行取样、检验、计算或判定等，及时做好原始记录和分析台帐，严谨抄书或追记，严谨擅自改变检验标准和凭主观下结论，严格把好质量关，保证分析结果的准确无误。
     The laboratory technicians should obey the current quality standard strictly to take samples, test, calculate or judge and so on, make original record on time and analysis accounting, copying sentences in book, writing down afterwards or changing the standard for testing casually and coming to a conclusion by oneself are forbidden, instead, they should strictly check the quality and ensure the accuracy of the analysis results.
3． 负责物料、中间产品及成品的分析工作与生产密切配合，负责对新工艺，新材料等车间试验提供准确可靠的分析数据，第一时间通知生产，充分发挥化验在生产中的眼睛作用。
     Responsible for the close coordination with the production regarding materials, intermediateproducts and finished products analysis work, responsible for providing accurate and reliable analysis data for new process, new materials, and such kind of workshop tests, and inform the production at the first time, thus testing can fully play the role of eye in production
4． 按时完成检验工作，做到“三及时”（取样及时，检验及时，报告及时），“五准确”（取样准确，仪器准确，分析准确，记录计算准确，报告准确）。在检验过成中，发现质量问题或异常现象，应及时汇报，并协同查找原因，妥善处理。在自己分析结果尚未出来时，严谨捣毁原样，发现问题及时汇报给化验室主管，并加以解释或复测。对出现的质量问题或检验事故，不汇报甚至弄虚作假而造成的后果，自行负责。
    Finishing the testing work on time, and ensure three “in times” (namely sampling in time, testing in time and reporting in time), five “accuracies” (sampling accurately, instrument accurately, analyzing accurately, recording and calculating accurately and reporting accurately). During the process of the testing， if there are any quality problems or abnormal phenomena, the laboratory technicians should report in time and help to look for the reasons coordinately and deal with them properly. Before the analysis result come out, anyone shouldn’t destroy the original sample, if find anything they should report to the lab supervisor in time and offer some explanation or retest. Regarding the quality problems or testing accidents, the laboratory technicians should be responsible for the consequence if they don not report them or play false.
5． 检验原始记录要坚持实事求是的原则，记录原始真实完整，并对各项检验结果及结论负责。
    For the original record of testing we should stick to the principle of seeking truth from facts, the record should be original and complete, and the technicians should be responsible for each and every testing result or conclusion.
6． 化验人员要熟练掌握所测试样品的检验方法，熟练使用有关药品试剂，应在指定区域内进行，并注意安全操作，严防差错和事故发生。要能熟练的使用各种检测仪器和设备，爱护仪器设备，使用前进行校正，并做好仪器的清洁和保养工作，做好校准及使用的相关记录。对违反操作方法，故意损坏仪器设备及检验物资、设施的由损坏者自行承担。
    The technicians should have a command of the ways of testing the samples and using relevant drug and reagent, all of those should be done in the designated section, and be careful of operation security and be cautious of mistakes or accidents. They should know very well how to use all kinds of detecting instrument and equipment, and take good care of those instrument and equipment, the machines need to be calibrated before being used and also need to be cleaned and maintained, and the technicians should also make relevant record of calibration and usage. Somebody who is working against the operation rules or destroying the instrument, testing materials and the facilities on purpose should be responsible for that.
7． 爱护精密仪器，玻璃仪器，有损坏的药做好相关记录。
    Take good care of the precise instrument and glassware instrument, if there is any damage, relevant record is needed.
8． 微生物应遵守微生物室相关管理制度。 The microorganism should obey the relevant management system of the microbiology lab.
9． 按照化验室药品的相关管理制度，配置及使用药品。
    Prepare and use the drugs according to the relevant management system.
10． 搞好检验室的清洁卫生，注意安全防火，保证化验器皿及物品放置整齐。
    Keep the checkout room clean, be cautious of safety fire prevention and ensure the laboratory ware and other objects in order.
11． 防盗和除四害工作，工作时按规定着装，做好个人卫生，白大褂应定期清洗。
    Guard against theft and anti-pest work, dressing according to the rules during working time, manage personal hygiene, and wash the white gown regularly.
12． 每天工作下班离开检验室前，注意关好水、电、气、门窗，做好一切安全防范措施，同时积极完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。
