Job Purpose
Reach overall business target set by top management, and focus on contributions to customer visit hospitality, coordinate with internal field and plant related functions as well as external resources to plan and execute customer visit arrangement. Make marketing materials as requested; Prepare information for tendering support.
完成高层设定的业务目标,着重致力于客户接待,与内部、外部资源以及工厂的相关职能部门协调来计划和执行客户访问的安排。按要求制作市场推广材料;为招标支持准备材料。
Job Responsibility
1.Implement the Customer Visit Procedure
-Liaise with field and clarify their needs on customer visit
-Arrange logistics, factory visit, site visit, accommodation, meetings presentations, and other facilities related to customer visit
-Maintain and improve the decoration, showroom, brochures, promotion materials, etc related to customer visit by work with internal and external functions
-Updated and improve the logistic list based on the feedback and suggestions from internal & external functions
-Collect feedback / reports from Field and management to improve
-Assist on Marketing dept hospitality cases, cooperate with VIP visit projects in marketing department
2.Assist on Market information collection issues
3.Make Marketing promotional materials
-Collect Field request and make proposal
-Make clear detailed requirement and select supplier for quotations
-Following the marketing purchasing process
-Monitoring the producing and ensure the punctual delivery
-Manage suppliers for better service
4.Tendering support
-Liaise with Central region and East region sales team members to provide support to Field
-Prepare frequently asked materials to Field

-与中国区运营联络,阐明他们在客户访问方面的需要
-安排后勤、工厂参观、住宿、会议主持以及与客户访问相关的其他设施
-维护和改进装饰、展示厅、宣传册、推广材料等与客户访问相关的事宜
-基于内外部职能部门反馈和建议的基础上更新和改进后勤
-收集中国区以及管理层的反馈以改进工作
-协助完成市场部客户访问事宜及重点项目客户访问支持
2.协助完成市场部信息收集的相关事务
3.制作市场推广材料
-收集中国区的要求以及提出建议
-制作清晰详细的要求以及根据报价来选择供应商
-跟进市场采购的流程
-管理制作过程确保准时交货
-管理供应商以提供更好的服务
4.招标支持
-与南区和北区的团队成员联系以提供必要的支持
-为中国区筹备所需的材料
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree
2. At least 3- year experiences in customer service / customer relationship in manufacturing industry
3. Acknowledge of domestic and international hospitality etiquette
4. Fluent in English reading, speaking and writing
5. Proficient in MS office s/w application, i.e. WORD, EXCEL,PPT
6. Good at multi-culture communication and cross-functional communication
7. Strong face to face presentation skills
8. Build up relations internal and external organizations to promotion business development and support to reach business target
9. Experienced in timing management
1. 本科学历
2. 至少3年在制造业的客户服务的相关工作经验
3. 知晓国内外接待礼仪
4. 流利的英语
5. 熟练操作计算机办公软件,如Word,Excel,PPT等
6. 擅长于与不同文化间的交流以及跨部门的沟通
7. 较强的面对面演讲的技能
8. 善于建立内外部组织的友好关系来促进业务的发展以及对业务目标的达成提供支持
9. 有时间管理的经验
