Job Title:International HR Affairs Specialist (国际人力资源事务专员)
Job Purpose:
Support the foreign employees in all HR related fields by using specialized and highly-qualified skills and knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Work with Global Assignment Team and AP office to coordinate/administrate Global assignments and AP assignments, provide support to local-hired foreigners as well.
2. Maintain and updated regularly of all the related documental templates for foreign employees including contract, agreement, notice letter etc, to make sure all the procedures be smoothly carried out.
3. Handle the monthly payroll, coordinate with internal co-workers and external vendors to make sure the payroll been calculated correctly and paid timely; handle Chinese annual tax return and support the home country tax return.
4. Maintain and update the related information/data for foreign employees in both personal files and HRIS system; keep tracking of their visa and work permit, leasing contract, residence restriction for IIT and etc.
5. Provide customer service to foreign employees, including renewal, transfer and termination of contract and visa, support relocation and repatriation moving, support the house-searching etc.
6. Handle the payment to external vendors and internal companies with interface of local finance and reporting team.
7. Ensure vendor performance, keep tracking of the service quality of vendors.
Background:
1. Bachlor Degree.
2. Knowledge & Working Experience:2 years.
3. Fluent English in both speaking and writtening is a must.
4. Proficient in Windows Office Software, esp. Excel, and HRIS experience is preferred.
5. C&B or tax experience is preferred;
6. Have good communication skills and inter-personal skills.
7. Be able to handle muti-task under pressure and self-motivated.
