Job Description:

1. Responsible for monthly end closing and financial reports preparation in 3 ledgers
2. Perform daily GL related accounting booking and analysis
3. Taking in charge of accounting reconciliations' pending issue follow up
4. Responsible for GL related of management report packages
5. Prepare mid-term and annual budget, quarterly rolling forecast and monthly difference analysis
6. Improvement accounting system and internal control process or policies
7. Participation project on accounting system / Process improvements
8. Supporting internal audit and yearly statutory audit
9. Analysis of financial impact of "special" events/items

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance and related major
2. Strong knowledge of manufacturing Financial & Accounting
3. Good leadership & management skills
4. At least 5-6 years working experience in manufacture environment
5. Skillful in interpersonal relationships
6. Good skill in computer and experience of accounting system SAP is preferred, project related software (e.g. MS project)
7. Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
8. Willing to work under time pressure
9. Knowledge in IFRS and US GAAP is must
