Job Description & Requirements
Title: Cellar Door Manager
Directly reports to: Marketing Co-Ordinator
Indirectly reports to: Sales Manager
General
This role reports directly to the Marketing Co-Ordinator.
The major task is to develop Gemtree wine sales through Cellar Door, Database and Events.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Cellar Door:
· Work with all members of Cellar Door staff to ensure they are educated, motivated and passionate ambassadors of the Gemtree brand
· Enthusiasm to lead the team through weekend trade and busy holiday periods
· Create a unique Cellar Door experience for the customer
· Implement strategies to increase Database membership and activity
· Plan Cellar Door promotional activity to maximise walk-ins
· Manage and develop the Phantom Wine Club, with further progression to add the Small Footprints Wine club
· Representation at Cellar Door Events/ Committees
· Maintain and account for all Cellar Door stock – Ordering and Reconciliation
· Manage POS and MYOB
· Manage the continuous improvement and ambience of the cellar door and surrounds
Budgeting:
· Set sales and expense budgets for Cellar Door and Database activities
· Manage expenses budget in line with budget requirements, together with Marketing Co-Ordinator and Sales Manager
Analysis and Reporting:
· Analyse sales and distribution by the various Cellar Door sale channels ie. Walk-ins, Wine Club, promotions, Paul’s mates.
· Ensure sales are in line with expectations through analysis and budgeting
· Cellar Door Sales report – average sale on a weekly basis, and other activities monthly ie. General business overview, visitor numbers, promotions, customer feedback, social media update, areas to work on.
Selling Tools:
· Ensure appropriate merchandise goods are available through Cellar Door
· Generate and implement promotional activity plan in line with annual budget
· Work with Marketing Co-Ordinator to ensure events are in place to achieve sales and brand positioning targets
Sales Support:
· Domestic and Export markets
· Samples National and International
Other Channels:
· Explore new sales and distribution opportunities
· Conduct other tasks from time to time as directed, and assist in all areas of the business when required
职位描述:
岗位职责
1、全面主持酒庄的管理工作,配合总部的各项营销策略的实施;
2、执行总部下达的各项任务;
3、监督红酒的要货、上货、补货,做好进货验收、商品陈列、商品质量和服务质量管理等有关作业;
4、监督酒庄商品损耗管理,把握商品损耗尺度;
5、掌握酒庄各种设备的维护保养知识;
6、监督酒庄内外的清洁卫生,负责保卫、防火等作业管理;
7、妥善处理顾客投诉和服务工作中所发生的各种矛盾;
8、负责对员工的培训教育。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历,专业不限;
2、5年以上高端餐饮会所或星级酒店管理工作经验;
3、精通团队管理、客户管理、商品管理、陈列管理,物流配送,熟悉店务的各项流程的制定、执行;
4、较强的团队管理能力和沟通能力,能够承受较大的工作强度和工作压力;
5、年龄28岁以上。
