职位描述
1. Lead the updating and improvement of sales price lists and policies including sales incentive and rewarding;
2. Lead the skill development of sales people including assessment and training program;
3. Develop and improve TKEC agents/distributors management processes and policies;
4. Establish agent management and evaluation system to support agent tracking and development.
5. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
6. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
7. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
8. Other assignments from direct superior.
Background (State the required education,working experience,management experience, language and skills)
Education (Degree, major) :College degree or above in business, commercial and/or engineering or other related area of study; MBA is preferred;
Working Experience (minimum working year & experience):More than 5 years experiences in sales, marketing and/or product work of global elevator companies;
Management Experience:More than 2 years management experience in sales, marketing and/or channel in China;
Language:Fluent in English and Chinese
Office skills:Proficient in MS office s/w application, i.e. WORD, EXCEL,PPT
Other specific skills:Strong systematic and logical analysis skills,
Good communication and coordination skills
