职位描述
1. 在中国区建立相应的法务政策、规范和流程以符合总公司法律合规战略和要求。
2. 负责中国区业务项目和商业交易中的法律事务,为公司内部客户的咨询提供法律建议。
3. 负责合同法律条款的管理,带领法务团队制定格式合同、评审法律合同和文件,从而使公司风险最小 化, 维护公司利益。
4. 处理与客户、供应商的所有争议事宜,负责办理公司内的诉讼、仲裁、行政处罚等争诉事务。
5. 对公司注册、集团重组、收购兼并等事务提供法律服务和支持。
6. 为公司内销售人员、经理及以上员工开发相应的法律法规课程并提供培训。
7. 指导法律团队收集并调研相应法律法规以提供更好的法律支持,定期发布法律期刊普及法律知识。
8.遵循公司制定的各级政策和流程。
9.在公司的方针下使用公司的工具和资源。
10.根据安全管理系统的要求,遵守公司所有的安全政策,流程和工作指导书并按照安全手册的要求履行他/她的相关责任,以保护他/她和同事的安全。

教育程度(学历、专业): 本科或以上学历,法律或相关背景
"工作经验(最少工作年限
和工作经验):" 8年以上在大型跨国公司的法律职能部门的实战经验,熟悉公司法、经济法、合同法、劳动法、诉讼法等与公司业务相关的法律法规
管理经验: 3年以上团队管理经验
外语能力: 流利的英语口头和书面表达能力
计算机技能: 熟练掌握办公软件
其他特殊技能: "主动积极

特定证书: 中华人民共和国律师执照
1. Setup legal policies and procedures in China level to be in line with global legal and compliance strategy and requirements.
2. Be responsible for the legal issues of specified business projects and business transaction in TKE China; providing legal advice to internal customers's inquiry.
3. Manage all legal terms in legal documents and contract. Lead legal team to draft, review commercial contracts to minimize the legal risk and safeguard Group interests in China;
4. Handle contract disputes with suppliers& clients, manage all litigation, arbitration and their follow-up.
5. Provide legal services and support for corporate incorporation, Group restructuring, mergers and acquisitions in China;
6. Develop and deliver legal and compliance related training for all sales and manager level above employees.
7. Guide legal team for PRC laws and regulations survey in order to provide excellent legal service as well as to popularize legal knowledge to all employees.
8. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
9. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
10. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.

Education (Degree, major) : Bachelor degree or above major in Law or related background
Working Experience (minimum working year & experience): Above 8 year’s relevant hands on experience in multinational company , familiar with Corporate Law, Economic Law, Contract Law, Labor Law etc. and lawsuit regulations.
Management Experience: Over 3 year's team management experience.
Language: Fluent English both in speaking and writing
Office skills: Good Microsoft Office skill is a must

Good interpersonal skills and communication ability"
