职位描述

Job Title : Business Process Director

Branch/Office: SJ Plant Department

Reports to (Job title): CEO Number of associates:

Main Location (province/city): SJ

Job Purpose:
The business process director is responsible for strategiclly improvement of manufacturing related policies/procedures/activities to achieve manufacturing excellence and annual operation target. He/she should analysis and re-design,stremline and standardlize and make improvment of all existing operation policies/procedures/processes in terms of sales, contract engineerign, contract management,logistic management, production planning,IE, procurment, production and customer service as well as quality control, strtegic purchasing etc.

Job Dimensions:
1.Lead, with the manufacturing leadership team, a baseline assessment to understand the existing process health including design versus customer & business needs, performance of process as measured by efficiency, profitability versus plan, issues including gross margin adjustments,quality assurance, etc. and risks to meeting business objectives and achieve manufacturing excellence.
2.Align project execution initiative with parallel Business Process Excellence initiatives to include customer satisfaction, supply chain/production/customer service effectiveness and cost and working captial efficiency. Effective intergrate field process as a whole.
3.Utilize Business Process Excellence methods to deploy the country process across the plants.
4.Collaborate with country project execution team to design a standardized process capable of meeting customer expectations, achieving business objectives (profitability, working capital, quality and efficiency etc.) and minimize risks.
5.Lead business risk evaluation with respect to project execution at the country level.
6.Utilize change management methods to build a robust process capable of sustained and predictable results.
7.Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
8.Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
9.Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
10.Other assignments from direct superior.
11.To provider the coaching , development & training of employees.

Background:
1.Education (Degree, major): Bachelor degree, Major in Engineering is preferable;
2.Working Experience (minimum working year & experience): Over 10 years' experience in elevator industry; Sound knowledge of elevator structure and supply chainfunction. Experience of supply chian, manufacturing, engineering,quality experience is a plus. Strong business acumen. Strong business orientation, customer focus and process management skills.Results oriented.
3.Management Experience: Minimum five years' experience in management position of department manager
4.Language: Fluent in English
5.Office skills: Good command of computer skill (EXCEL,WORD,PowerPoint)
6.Other specific skills: "Strong interpersonal & communication skill; Analytical & problem solving skill; project management skills
