职位描述：

我公司现由于出口业务迅速发展的需要，诚招出口业务员2名。

岗位说明：

1． 参加各种类型的家具展览会，接洽新老客户，推介公司产品；

2． 对于客户询价，与生产部一起核算产品成本，即时发出准确的报价给客户；

3． 根据客户要求制作样品订单，确保按时完成和交出合格样品；

4． 接到国外订单后，及时准确地下生产订单给生产部，解决在订单执行当中出现的各种问题，确保全部订单货物能够按时、保质、保量地发出，货款能及时地收付。

5. 管理和协调报关，船务，确保货物顺利出运。

职位要求：

1. 大学本科以上文化程度，国际贸易专业毕业；

2. 有良好的英语口头和书面沟通能力；

3. 有家具出口三年以上业务跟单经验；

4. 做事认真负责，踏实细致。

（本职位为SOHO性质，约一半时间在家中工作。）

JOB DESCRIPTION：

1．Attend furniture Shows, meet/ obtain old and new customers, meanwhile introducing company products to various customers;

2. Receive inquiries from customers, do costing with Production Dept., and send accurate quotations to customers in time.

3. Communicate with customers for sample making requirement, ensure timely completion and sending of qualified samples.

4. Receive orders from customers, relay accurate information to production by placing Production Orders. Work closely with Production Dept. and QC to ensure products are produced and delivered timely with the right quality and correct quantity.

5. Monitor Customs clearance and shipment activities to ensure smooth dispatching of containers.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor degree, major in international trade.

2. Excellence in English writing and speaking.

3. Min. 3 years experience in furniture industry.

4. Careful and reliable, details-oriented.

(This position requires SOHO-work at home in half of the total working time.)
