1. 遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书;对自己的工作质量负责;正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施;进行持续的质量改进。
Comply with quality policy, manual, procedure and all kinds of working instruction. Take responsibility for the quality of the work done by yourself. Be open for any quality mistakes, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any mistakes in your area of responsibility. Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
2. 维持公司内部顺畅的沟通渠道,如定期组织员工/工人代表大会及员工意见箱意见的收集,并对收集到的问题进行跟进,确保问题能够及时有效地解决。
Maintaining internal communication channel, including regularly collecting employees’ suggestion from Suggestion Boxes, organizing OC/ERC Meeting and following the action list of relevant problems collected to ensure that the problems can be solved in a timely and effective manner.
3. 为员工沟通提供必要的信息,例如起草公司通告。
Create necessary supports to ensure information for communication such as preparing General Announcement.
4. 协助处理员工离职程序, 组织离职面谈,出具离职报告、分析离职数据等。
Help facilitate with employee exit processes, conduct exit interview, turn over analysis.
5. 针对公司人事等规章制度,解答员工疑问并对相关问题进行记录。
Answer and record employees’ questions concerning HR policies & regulations.
6. 员工文娱活动的支持,如公司年会、聚会、员工生日会、公司旅游、家庭日等。
Support employee activities, such as annual dinner, parties, birthday parties, outing, Family Day etc.
7. 处理员工违纪事件、员工劳动纠纷等。
Handle employees’ disciplinary violations and labour disputes.
8. 及时有效地理解和执行人力资源政策,根据国家法律法规的变化对公司《员工手册》、相关政策和流程进行修订。
Understand and execute HR policies and practices in an efficient and timely manner such as handbook revision, policies and procedure revision as per law and regulation’s change.
9. 在HRP系统中进行信息录入,包括人员职务变动、离职人员和产假人员信息,并根据相关信息定期更新公司组织结构图。
Information entry in HRP, including personnel transfer, turnover, maternity, etc. and update the company’s Organization Chart regularly.
10. 遵循公司精益生产和管理的方针政策,支持公司精益目标的达成。主要包括:
a)积极参加和支持精益改善活动,前瞻性的寻找改善机会,愿意将改善结果进行分享和推广。
b)营造和共建精益改善和6S的良好环境和氛围。
Adhere to company lean manufacturing and management policies, support company lean target achievement. Including:
a) Participate and support Lean activities actively, proactively looking for improvements, willing to share and extend improvement achievements.
b) Promote a good environment and atmosphere of lean improvement and 6S
11. 执行安全方针和政策,使之符合安全管理体系。包括:
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。Report all hazardous and unsafe acts
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。Actively promote positive safety culture.
12. 公司代表安排的其他工作。Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.
任职资格:
大专或以上学历。Junior college degree.
4年以上生产型企业人事管理工作经验,2年员工关系工作经验。
4 years’ experience in MNC HR function, 2 years in ER.
熟练掌握国家和地方关于劳动用工方面的法规和政策. 包括: 劳动法, 劳动合同法,劳动保障, 社会保险政策等.
Be familiar with the law and regulations on employment such as labour law, labour contract law, policy etc.
HRP系统操作知识 Basic HRP Knowledge.
良好的沟通,Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
能熟练操作Word, Excel 办公软件。Good MS office skills.
分析和计算机操作熟练。Analytical and computer literate.
良好的计划性和团队合作态度。Good planning and teamwork.
敬业,主动,热心,关爱。Dedicate, proactive and mature with passion and care.
