职位描述：
Quality Assurance Engineers(Furniture)-Bazhou area, Hebei
Working Location: Bazhou area, Hebei
Report to: Qingdao Office

Job Description
Be responsible for the quality assurance of factories in Hebei Bazhou area
1. Secure at all time the Product Quality Requirements.
2. Evaluating potential new supplier’s production facilities and Quality system, ensure product are matching with supplier’s production, ensure quality level are matching with customer requirement.
3. Review the customer’s perceived quality and initiate actions and follow up on the corrective actions.
4. Follow up of Product Quality and production processes at the supplier facility.
5. Secure the technical/quality aspects in new product development at the suppliers.
6. Prepare the technical documents according to different customer’s requirement, communicated to the supplier in all details.
7. Make the necessary assessment of the products, give suggestion on construction to ensure the products can pass the final test.
8. Approve the sample and prepare the sample checking report.
9. PPC and First delivery inspection completed and approved.
10. Secure the quality requirements are followed up by new supplier when products moving.
11. Always looking for more efficient production processes and guide the supplier to improve.
12. Always searching and propose the better and less costly materials and production techniques.

Knowledge requirement
1. A very good knowledge of the product requirements, standards and test methods. Experience in solid wood furniture will be plus
2. A good knowledge of production processes and materials, especially on solid wood material , metal etc.
3. Understanding of Quality management systems.
4. Understanding of REACH,FLEGT etc.
5. Knowledge in auditing techniques and analysis of suppliers working methods and performance.
6. Very good in English language both written and spoken.
7. Good computer software and systems skills.

质量保证工程师（家具）
工作地点：河北霸州地区
汇报对象：青岛分公司

职位描述：
负责河北霸州地区工厂的质量保证
1. 一直保证产品的质量要求
2. 对潜在的新的供应商的生产设备和质量体系进行评估，确保产品符合供应商的生产，并确保产品的质量标准符合客户的要求
3. 审查客户的品质认知度，开始行动并跟踪矫正措施
4. 在供应商所在的工厂跟踪产品的质量和工序
5. 保证在工厂开发的新产品的技术/质量方面
6. 根据不同的客户要求准备技术资料，并把所有的细节都传达给工厂
7. 对产品进行必要的评估，在构造方面给予意见以确保产品能够通过最终的测试
8. 确认样品并准备样品检查报告
9. 产前检查并完成第一次出货产品的验货和确认
10. 当产品发生转移，要确保新工厂遵循产品的质量要求
11. 不断的寻找更有效的生产流程并引导工厂去不断改善
12. 不断的搜寻和建议更好的、更廉价的材料和生产工艺
学识要求：
1. 熟悉产品的要求、标准和测试方法等。 有实木家具经验者优先
2. 熟悉生产工序和材料，特别是实木材料和金属制品等
3. 懂得质量管理体系
4. 懂得REACH（化学品的注册，评估，授权和限制）和FLEGT（森林执法施政贸易行动）等
5. 熟悉验厂方法并能对供应商的工作方法和表现做出分析
6. 非常好的英语口语和书写技能
7. 拥有良好的计算机软件和系统的技能 举报 分享
