职位描述：
§ Cooperate in identifying and developing suggestions for improvement; implement the actions determined

§ Support other units in managing large-scale company tasks

§ Lead an extensive department with very different functions and various or complex tasks with regard to the technology/control of production/SCM and/or the organization

§ Conduct personnel assignment planning and disposition, taking into account company goals
结合公司目标，制定公司人员分配计划和安排

§ Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates;
对员工进行指导，鼓励，激励并进行评估；

 Assure delivery fulfillment and quality by the efficient use of machinery, material and equipment; according to the criteria of production planning/control and characteristics
有效利用机器，物料以及设备，确保发货顺利并保证质量；遵守生产计划/控制及特性准则

§ Assure quality testing on parts based on test plans, technical drawings, and work instructions (e.g. with regard to function, completeness, etc.), compare target/actual deviations as necessary
确保质量测试是根据测试计划，技术图纸和工作指导手册（例如，就其功能和完整性方面）进行的，如有必要，对目标值和实际值间的偏差进行对比

§ Set priorities within stated times and goals

任职要求：
§ Professional/graduate education (experienced professional) usually acquired through a bachelors degree or professional certification with a few (one to two) years of experience in the related field (proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field requiring an understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge)
要求本专业学士学位或多年（2~3年）相关领域专业学习经验并获得证书（精通于技术，科学或该专业领域，并掌握理论知识）

§ At least 2 years experience within logistics department
物流部门3年以上工作经验

§ Advanced technical knowledge of logistics processes/workflows/concepts
先进的物流流程及理念相关技术知识

§ Fundamental IT knowledge (e.g. systems, MS office package, …)
IT基础知识（例如，系统，日常办公软件等）

§ Fundamental knowledge of production processes
