职位描述：
1. 根据IEE卢森堡出货指示，准备装箱单，发票等出口相关文件
2. 根据卢森堡的指示联系货运代理订舱
3. 与代理确认报关明细，寄清关单据
4. 与代理确认产装时间，并通知仓库
5. 与代理确认集装箱箱封号，车牌号等信息，安排仓库人员装货
6. 与代理确认提单
7. 每天将发货明细表发邮件通知相关人员
8. 定期核查报关单及核销单退单情况。如不能及时退单，联系代理并将情况及时反映给部门经理
9. 报关费确认，请款
10. 存档所有的出口文件

岗位要求：
1. 大学学历,两年以上相关工作经验
2. 具备的英语和计算机技能
3. 有报关员证的优先考虑
