职位描述:

1. Assist sales team to make business development plans and strategies.协助销售团队拓展业务,制订拓展计划及策略。

2. Make business development plans, visit customers, explore new business and partners.制定业务拓展计划,通过电话、登门等方式,进行客户拜访,开拓新的业务和合作伙伴;

3. Communicate with customers, collect the demands and requirements from customers, draft the cooperation proposals, keep close contact with customers, hold negotiations, implement cooperation做好与客户日常沟通和交流,了解客户需求,撰写合作方案,保持密切联系,进行商务谈判,执行合作进程;
4. Assist in the networking efforts in relevant industry segments generate potential business leads; establish and maintain a sustainable customer pipeline.通过网络渠道建立和维护客户关系,使公司通过网络的影响在同行业中成为潜在的企业领导者。
5. Participate in establishing customer portfolio and its on-going development to ensure the business attain the desired accounts mix in the network.
参与建立客户群的发展,确保公司在网络拥有潜在客户。
6. Develop and execute the relevant processes in customer tender bidding and service proposal contracts for customers.
发展和处理相关的客户投标买卖合同和服务建议方案。
7. Participate in customer contract negotiations to ensure the key terms are agreed, and ensure all contracts are properly administered.
参与和客户的合同谈判,关键条款协商一致确保所有合同正确无误的执行。
8. Implement and execute relevant customer service processes to provide operational account services, regular performance reporting, and issues resolution.
执行客户服务流程,定期回馈绩效报告和问题的解决方案。
9. Lead the internal interface between customers to collaborate with other functions effectively.
有效的促使客户与公司内部的合作关系。

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能,知识及经验



1 Vocational training , or degree holder in relevant fields.大专文凭及以上学历。
2 three years or above working experience in MNC& relevant industries, with successful experience in business development.三年及以上跨国公司相关行业工作经验,拥有成功市场拓展经验。
3 Experience in marketing & sales activities for supply chain or logistics sector is preferred.拥有供应链或物流行业市场营销活动经验优先考虑。
4 Experience in business development and commercial areas ,building and managing client relationship with both local and multinational clients is essential.必须拥有丰富的企业发展和商业领域中建立和维护国内外客户关系经验。
5 Strong and effective interpersonal skills in a cross-function ,multiple stake-holders environment.较强的人际关系能力,有效的处理多重利益关系。
6 Good team-work spirit and communication skills.拥有良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧
7 Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).具有良好的英语运用能力(口语和书写)
8 High computer literacy in common office software applications.熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件
