职位描述：
Job Requirement:
Electrical or computer science major, at least bachelor degree
Good understanding of metrology, automation techniques basics, databases knowledge and computer software/hardware and it's interfaces, automation and handling methods
Good understanding programming language of computer software
Good understanding of project management
Organisational and team oriented skills
At least 3 years of relevant experience in an automotive or similar environment
Native Chinese and able to work in English (written and spoken)
Strong communication / listening skills, team spirit.
Show strong organizational skills, multitasking, attention to detail and accuracy.
Handle confidential information in a professional way

Job Responsibilities:
To build/create and support process methods and equipments
To support Manufacturing to meet:
? the delivery schedules of manufacturing
? the quality targets
? the budget targets
The capacity requirements and cycle times for required new machines/processes
Support Global process engineering with the development on new processes by providing input from local side
Releases /recommends releases of manufacturing equipment for development and production
Creates ideas to improve the used equipment concerning quality, costs and health and safety
Update of technical documentation (machines drawings, handbooks...)
Training of operator/maintenance people and Manufacturing Engineers on technical points
Drive the continues improvement process by own suggestions
Responsible for data documentation update when improvements implemented e.g. FMEA, Qualification, Production records, SAP….
Responsible to save all the production data safe for traceability purpose and successful upload to the servers.
Coordination of new metrology processes start up at the plant, spare part ordering, preventive maintenance, training local staff, machine releasing.
Technical support to reduce machine downtime, optimize processes and cost reduction, Machines analysis of possible errors, improving OEE
Team work support and assistant to new member of the team with passing of know-how
To perform tasks given by the supervisor
Exchange open minded information with department leaders and colleagues
Support 5S process within assigned processes/areas, office and meeting room
Travelling to Suppliers and Customers, IEE headquarter or any other IEE-facility 举报 分享
