1accept the working arrangement of the management and finish the stock inbound and outbound in line with operational procedures and document flowing procedures, ensure no mistake with the type, specification or quantity of stocks
服从管理人员的工作安排，及时按商品进出仓作业流程及进出仓单证流程操作，确保商品的品种、准量、规格等准确无误。
1.1 follow the instructions from the management about stock inbound and warehouse adjustment
听从管理人员的入货安排，完成调仓任务；
1.2 implement the stock inbound and outbound procedures and document flowing procedures strictly, dispatch must be based on outbound documents instead of iou from customers
严格执行商品进出仓流程及单证流程，必须做到凭单出货，不得凭客户借条出货或由客户写欠单；
1.3 check the stock batch number upon stock inbound or outbound, add the quantity on the stock storage card after stock inbound and reduce the quantity on the stock storage card after stock outbound
每批货进出境时，必须核对商品批号；进出后，必须进行填卡、消卡记录；
1.4 arrange and monitor the operation of porters to ensure their operational behavior is in line with the operational requirements of the warehouse and reduce the damage to stocks
合理、有效地安排和监督搬运工作业，以保证其作业行为符合仓库的作业要求，减少商品损坏。
1.5 ensure the stock accuracy of inbound and outbound reaches 100%, keep working records per day.
保证商品进出仓准确率达100%,每天做好工作记录。
2manage the cold rooms in accordance with the cold store management standards, ensure the cold rooms are neat, pallet spaces are clear and stocks are safe
按冷库堆垛标准等有关冷库管理标准管理库房，保证库房整齐、货位清晰、货堆安全。
2.1 comply with the stacking standards and rules of the cold rooms, ensure the cold air flows smoothly and evenly in the cold rooms
遵守库房码堆标准及码货规则，保证库内冷空气循环顺畅及货堆安全、码货规则；
2.2 for each batch of stocks, stock storage card must be hanged at specific location, the stock name, batch number, specification and quantity on the card must be exactly the same as the physical stocks.
每批储存商品必须在指定位置挂上《商品储存卡》；货卡和帐面上的货品名称、批号、规格、数量与货品实物应完全一致；
2.3 maintain stocks properly and reduce the damage to stocks
做好商品维护工作，减少对商品的损坏；
2.4 give suitable signs for loose carton area, non-book area and substandard stock area
库房内设零散商品、无账区及不良品区，必须明确标志；
2.5 maintain the facilities and equipment of the cold rooms to prevent accidents
维护库房设备,防止发生安全事故；
2.6 check if the doors and windows of the responsible area have been properly closed before off duty every day
每天下班前对所管辖库区的门，窗等进行检查，确认无隐患后才可离岗下班。
3 take responsible for double checking records
做好对账工作。
3.1 conduct a stock taking once a month for cold rooms with racking
货架库每月盘点一次；
3.2 do cycle count for cold rooms without racking非货架库定期盘点。
4、record pallet locations properly
做好库位的填报工作。
4.1 record clearly on the inbound documents of the area code, location code and stock quantity when doing stock inbound
每次商品进库,须在进仓单上清楚填写区号、条位号及相应的数量；
4.2 record the pallet locations for warehouse adjustment
做好调仓的库位填报工作；
4.3 undertake warehouse adjustment to increase the occupancy of warehouse
调整仓位,提高仓容利用率；
4.4 check the stocks on hand and fill in the reporton night shifts
夜班仓管员检查库存情况，并填写报表。
5、maintain the forklifts properly
做好叉车保管保养的工作。
5.1 conduct pre-check every day and keep checking records
每天进行出车前检查，及时填写检查记录；
5.2 keep the battery at best working conditions by keeping liquid 10 to 15 mm higher than the pole board.
维护蓄电池***工作状态，保持液位高于极板10-15mm。
5.3 keep the forklifts clean
叉车保持清洁卫生；
5.4 pay attention to the charging of forklifts
注意叉车充电。
6、pay attention to personal hygiene and protection
做好个人卫生和防护工作
6.1 wear hat, cotton coat, cotton shoes, cotton trousers, knee protector before entering the cold rooms for operation
进冷库作业，必须穿戴整齐帽、棉衣、棉鞋、棉裤、护膝，做好防护工作；
6.2 clothing and ppes must be clean and neat
衣着、劳保用品必须干净、整齐。
