职位描述：
岗位职责:
1.遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。
Comply with quality policy, manual, procedure and all kinds of working instruction. Take responsibility for the quality of the work done by yourself. Be open for any quality mistakes, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any mistakes in your area of responsibility. Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
2.根据福克埃尔默物料采购流程，通过BaaN系统，开立并追踪采购订单，以满足生产需求。
Issue, tracking production material purchasing order via BaaN system, in accordance with the Fokker Elmo material procurement process, in order to meet the production demand.
3.通过ERP系统，找出存在潜在短缺风险的物料，确保物料准确到达。满足生产需要。
Monitor the shortage material, through ERP system, find out potential shortage material, and make sure receive the parts on time.
4. 监控供应商到福克中国库房的发货，协调联系申克库房。Monitor shipments from supplier to FE-CN warehouse using Gateway (Track & Trace) and by contacting DB Schenker.
5.履行并促进完善MRB流程，减少质量不符物料、差异交付及未决物料清单。通过Q-Pulse处理相关的不合格物料，确保不合格品在目标时间内完成。
Implement and improve MRB process, reduce NCR, NDR and Pending list. Through Q-Pulse handle all NG material with supplier, make sure NG issue finish within target dates.
6.收集、分析物料用量，辅助改善BaaN系统物料参数设置和看板实施。
Collect & analysis material usage, assist to improvement BaaN material parameter setting, and KanBan implementation.
7.控制库房内生产用物料的库存状态，避免无需求和消耗时间较长物料的库存。Control the Warehouse Production Material Stock Level. Avoid no need and slow moving material in warehouse.
8.控制且减少AOG发货。Control and minimize the AOG shipment
9.每周配合进出口部门填写新的原材料信息Register new item into E-account list every Thursday
10.处理和核对发票通过ISP系统Check and deal with pending invoice by ISP system
11.遵循公司精益生产和管理的方针政策，支持公司精益目标的达成。主要包括：
a)积极参加和支持精益改善活动，前瞻性的寻找改善机会，愿意将改善结果进行分享和推广。
b)营造和共建精益改善和6S的良好环境和氛围。
Adhere to company lean manufacturing and management policies, support company lean target achievement. Including:
a) Participate and support Lean activities actively, proactively looking for improvements, willing to share and extend improvement achievements.
b) Promote a good environment and atmosphere of lean improvement and 6S
12.执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
13.公司代表安排的其他工作。
Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.

任职资格:
大专或同等学历College Degree or equivalent.
1-2年以上外企采购工作经验1-2 years above working experience of procurement in an international company
可以使用ERP系统；了解BaaN优先Knowledge of ERP system, BaaN is preferred
了解采购流程；Knowledge of Procurement Procedure;
具备英语读、写能力English skills in spoken and written;
有较强的与人沟通和协调能力；
熟练使用MS OFFICE软件及OUTLOOK
Strong ability of communication and coordination
