Job Description:
? Ensure a fast and reliable corrective maintenance for blocked machines
? Ensure that the maintenance spare part stock include all needed materials to allow an effective corrective maintenance
? Ensure a good cooperation between maintenance and production
? Regular checking of preventive maintenance work of workers
? Monitoring of improvements of reliability of machines
? Plan & do the activities according to the plant policy & strategy & Target
? Coach maintenance workers to accomplish an effective work with high efficiency
? Accomplish the tasks assisting Plant Technical manager
? Monthly reporting including maintenance KPI and action plan to reach targets defined
? Regular evaluation of maintenance team
? Create & optimize & implement internal training plan/content for maintenance guy especially for recruit
? Support other department in technique
