Requirements:


1. 本科学历，电子电气专业或相关专业
University, major in electron or electric, or other related major but with experiences.
2. 6年质量检验，其中三年供应商质量管理经验
6 years quality related experience, 3 years supplier quality management.
3. 熟悉电子产品知识，8D工具，质量体系及供应商审核
Familiar with know-how of electronic, 8D tool, quality system and supplier Audit
4. 英语流利，计算机良好，很好沟通协调能力，团队协作
Fluent English, good skill in computer, communication, presentation, negotiation, coordination and team work


Responsibilities:

1. 遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。
Comply with quality policy, manual, procedure and all kinds of working instruction. Take responsibility for the quality of the work done by yourself. Be open for any quality mistakes, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any mistakes in your area of responsibility. Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
2. 根据公司程序要求领导材料质量小组工作
Lead SQ team to carry out the activity according to company procedures.
3. 指导并帮助提升供应商质量工程师的知识应用及相关技能Coach SQ and promote their know-how application and skill
4. 作为FE-CN材料MRB主导者，负责有效策划，组织和落实MRB程序。
As Material MRB chairman, responsible for effectively planning, organizing and implementing MRB process.
5. 确保供应商质量组有效地报告相关的业绩
Ensure SQ team report in a proper way
6. 根据最佳实践，优化和改进供应商质量管理相关过程。
According to best practice, optimize or improve supplier quality management processes locally (China) and globally (international).
7. 确保材料不合格得到正确地处理。当需要时，下发纠正措施报告需求给供应商并跟踪相应的措施得到落实。
Ensure NCR material registered and handled in proper way. When necessary ensure SCAR is released to supplier and RCCA in place.
8. 基于供应商业绩报告，在全球供应商质量组的协助下，推动供应商开展质量改进项目。
According to SEP data, with supports from global SQ, drive quality improvement project from suppliers with bad performance.
9. 主导或参与本地/全球供应商质量审核
Lead or participate in supplier quality audit locally (China) and globally (international)
10. 遵循公司精益生产和管理的方针政策，支持公司精益目标的达成。主要包括：
a)积极参加和支持精益改善活动，前瞻性的寻找改善机会，愿意将改善结果进行分享和推广。
b)营造和共建精益改善和6S的良好环境和氛围。
Adhere to company lean manufacturing and management policies support company lean target achievement. Including:
a) Participate and support Lean activities actively, proactively looking for improvements, willing to share and extend improvement achievements.
b) Promote a good environment and atmosphere of lean improvement and 6S
11. 执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
12. 公司代表安排的其他工作。
Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.
