本岗位为技术采购工程师，要求一定的液压风冷方面的技术经验。

Job Description岗位描述:

- Be responsible for leading management of new products or localized parts project purchasing, including planning, lesson learn, feasibility confirmation of supplier, process approval of supplier for new part ect. 负责领导和管理新产品或国产化产品的项目采购工作,包括计划制定,供应商质量计划,技术规范确认, 相关产品历史经验, 供应商产能确认, 以及供应商工艺能力确认;

- Know-how carrier for product or product functions; 对产品或者产品的相关功能know-how;

- Cooperate with relative departments (Tech., Quality, Production and Logistics) to improve localization process. 协调相关部门（技术、质量、生产及物流）促进国产化进程

- Project management, reduce cost; 项目管理,成本降低;

- Realization of project goals for external procurement (Quality, Key points, Logistics); 实现对外采购的项目目标, 如质量, 关键特性, 物流等;



Qualification requirements任职资格：

- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering desirable 机械等本科学历；

- at least 5 years purchasing and vendor assessment experience, desirable in hydraulic industry 5年以上液压风冷行业采购经验；

- at lease 3 years technique experience in hydraulic industry; 3年以上液压风冷行业技术工作经验；

- Fluent English both written and oral 英文流利；

- Abilities: Initiative, communication, responsibility主动负责，表达沟通能力佳；

- Cost consciousness, problem solving良好的成本意识与解决问题能力。
