岗位职责:
1.遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。
Comply with quality policy, manual, procedure and all kinds of working instruction. Take responsibility for the quality of the work done by yourself. Be open for any quality mistakes, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any mistakes in your area of responsibility. Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
2. 作为FE-CN材料MRB主导者，负责有效策划，组织和落实MRB程序。
As Material MRB leader, responsible for effectively planning, organizing and implementing MRB process.
3. 根据最佳实践，优化和改进本地MRB和供应商质量管理过程。
According to best practice, optimize or improve supplier quality management process locally.
4. 若需要，负责下发SCAR给供应商和FE-NL。
If necessary, create and issue SCAR to supplier or FE-NL.
5. 确保材料质量问题数据在Q-PULSE有效管理并定期(周月)报告材料质量表现。
Ensure supplier quality issue registered in Q-pulse in time and report supplier quality performance regularly.
6. 针对材料质量问题，启动实施和停止内部和SHENKER必要的遏制措施。
For material quality issue, determine to implement or stop containment internally or supplier and Schenker.
7. 参与制定材料检验流程和检验标准。
Participate in creating incoming inspection procedure and inspection criteria.
8. 定期不或不定期的内部或与供应商，FE-NL的供应商材料质量会议，推动和追踪供应商有效的改进措施。
Organize material quality meeting with supplier, FE-NL or internally regularly or irregularly.
9. 主导本地供应商质量审核。
Lead in supplier quality audit locally.
10.Coach the subordinate and supervision of the SQE Team.

11. 执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
12. 公司代表安排的其他工作。
Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.
任职资格:
1. 大专以上学历，电子电气专业或相关专业
College above, major in electron or electric, or other related major but with experiences.
2.6年质量检验，其中4年供应商质量管理经验
6years quality related experience, 4 years supplier quality management.
3. 熟悉电子产品知识，8D工具，质量体系及供应商审核
Familiar with know-how of electronic, 8D tool, quality system and supplier Audit.
4. 英语熟练，计算机良好，很好沟通协调能力，团队协作
Fluent English, good skill in computer, communication, negotiation, coordination and team work.
