职位描述
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
1、协助配合运营主管工作，加强对商品质量和服务质量的管理，组织下属员工完成商品进出仓任务,确保安全生产、仓库运行顺畅。
Assist operations supervisor to strengthen the management of the quality of stocks and services, organize the staff finish receive and dispatch tasks, ensure the smooth and safe operation of the cold store.
1.1确保按仓库运行的各项指标体系落实部门各项具体工作，确保达标；
Implement the concrete tasks according to the departmental plans and KPIs
1.2严格监控仓库运作中各环节，及时反馈报告发现的问题，并积极配合解决。
Monitor the links of cold storage operation process, report the found problems and cooperate to solve the problems.
1.3合理安排仓位，及时组织仓位调整工作，提高仓容利用率；接到进出仓单，应立即安排仓管员进行工作，并跟踪检查工作情况，发现问题及时处理；
Allocate pallet space reasonably, organize the adjustment of space, increase the occupancy of the cold store, arrange store worker to perform task when receiving or dispatch orders, follow up and inspect the progress of the tasks, take actions in case of finding any problems.
1.4定期组织人员进行库内盘点、抽查，督促员工严格按流程操作，减少工作差错，提高工作效率，保持库容整洁；
Organize the staff to do the stock taking in the cold rooms on regular basis, monitor the staff comply with the SOPs, reduce working mistakes, increase working efficiency, keep the cold store clean and neat
1.5督促员工规范作业,对于不按规定进行码堆、拆堆、卸卸、操作的员工、搬运工，应立即制止、纠正。
Monitor the staff to do job properly, avoid and correct those employees or porters for their wrong operation behavior with loading, unloading, stacking, moving, etc.
2、对下属员工的管理
Manage the subordinates
2.1负责仓管月度排班计划，按时准确整理、统计、上报部门考勤资料等及各类表；
Responsible for arranging monthly work shift plan, submit attendance or other statistics form to management accurately and punctually.
2.2对员工的违纪行为进行记录，并按程序上报给上级主管；
Keep records of employees' behavior violating company regulations and report the cases to supervisory management in line with stipulated procedures,
2.3协助上级助管安排下属员工参加安全生产等各类培训，和对新入职进行操作流程及相关的岗位培训。
Assist to arrange staff to attend safety or related trainings, conduct trainings to new recruited employees on working flows and post requirements.
3、协助本部门安全生产工作
Assist with the safe production of the department
3.1坚持安全生产检查制度，配合上级主管定期召开例会通报工作情况，有效落实各项安全防患措施；
Insist on the safe production inspection system, assist to hold meetings to inform the safe production situation on regular basis, implement related measures
3.2督促员工严格执行公司安全生产管理制度，认真履行各项安全生产责任，落实安全消防工作；
Monitor the staff to implement the safe production management system and fire prevention procedures of the company
3.3督促及监督员工规范操作，爱护各类生产设备和机械设施，确保正常使用；
Monitor the workers operate in line with SOPs and ensure the machinery and equip.ment operating properly
3.4做好办公用品、生产用品、劳保用品等的采购计划及统计、发放工作。
Take responsibility for purchasing plans and distribution plans for office supplies, production tools, PPEs, etc.
4、完成上级主管临时交办的其他任务。
Finish other assignments from the management
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能，知识及经验
1、具有叉车驾驶证；
Have forklift license,
2、物流行业或者相关仓库工作经验者优先；一年以上同等职位；
Work experience in logistic or related warehouse is preferred, minimum one year same position,
3、具有较强的组织协调工作能力；
Strong organization and coordination ability,
4、工作认真积极，吃苦耐劳；
Hard working and active,
5、良好的安全意识和团队协作意识。
Good sense of safety and team spirit.
