KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责

1、Cashier Jobs
做好出纳工作
1.1Responsible for daily cash receipts in line with the relevant cash management. Deposit received cash and checks into Finance Department or Bank, and record all cash receipts. In case of special occasions, inform Manager of Finance Department so that Finance Department can make proper arrangement.
严格按照现金收付管理有关规定，负责日常的收款结算工作，要求每天收到的款项当日清缴到财务部或送银行，并做好收款记录工作，如遇特殊情况及时向部门经理汇报及处理；
1.2 Handle cash and bank deposits strictly in line with related laws and regulations of the government and ensure the safety of cash and notes.
根据公司有关现金收付管理和银行结算制度，做好现金收付、结算、管理工作，确保安全准确
1.3 Cash shall be cleared everyday and settled every month, and daily cash on hand shall not exceed prescriptive amount.
库存现金必须做到日清月结，帐实相符，库存现金必须在规定的限额以下；
1.4 Manage cheque well in line with relevant regulation；
按规定做好支票的使用管理工作；
1.5 Daily records of bank accounts shall be reconciled with total record and bank account statement on a monthly basis. Bank deposit balance adjustment statement shall be prepared for review to ensure the safety and accuracy of money.
银行日记账必须随时与银行对账单逐笔认真核对，发现问题及时查找原因。
1.6 Handling daily expense reimbursements,
负责日常报销工作
1.7 Assist to prepare cash process
协助编制货币资金结算流程
2、Responsible for check and management of invoice.
负责发票核对及管理工作
2.1 Responsible for purchase of invoice；
负责办理发票的申购；
2.2 Responsible for issuance, registration and cancel of invoice etc；
负责发票的开具、登记和邮寄等管理工作；
2.3 Use stamp of invoice in line with the relevant regulation strictly.
严格遵守有关制度使用发票印鉴；
2.4 Assist to help check invoice for tax bureau at the end of year.
年末协助税局做好每年发票的检查、稽核工作。
2.5 Timely & monthly VAT invoice verification
月度发票认证
3、Data filing
会计资料的保管
3.1 Prepare for and file accounting vouchers, accounts books.
做好会计原始凭证、帐册等会计档案的整理、归档工作；
4、Finish other assignments from the senior management　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 完成高级管理层临时交办的其他任务

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE技能，知识及经验

1、Degree or Diploma level in accounting or economic would be most desirable
本科及以上学历，会计或金融专业毕业。
2、Minimum 3-year experience within cashier in international company
拥有3年及以上跨国公司出纳职位的工作经验。
3、Be familiar with national accounting and tax regulation
熟悉国家会计和税务准则和操作
4、Be familiar with operation financial software and Office
熟练使用金蝶财务软件、OFFICE办公软件。
5、Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written)
具备良好的书面及口语英语能力。
6，Ability of independent working and problem solving
具备独立工作及处理问题的能力。
7.Strong Teamwork ability
较强的团队合作精神。
